I either lost the motivation or have less time to work out. You could make an argument for either case. In an effort to not get a belly, I am doing something really practical - eating less. It is amazing. I eat slower and when my body says, "Hey boss, we feel good in here. No more." I listen. Now, I don't have muscle, but I am not skinny, so I look thin, so that makes me skinny fat.
